Production Process – Precision, Passion, Perfection
As a family-owned company with over 30 years of experience in minibus manufacturing, we combine tradition, innovation, and craftsmanship to deliver vehicles of exceptional quality and reliability. Our production process is carried out in-house – from the bare chassis to the final, fully finished minibus – using the latest technology and premium materials that ensure durability, comfort, and safety.
Below, we present the key stages of our minibus production process:

1. Chassis Arrival
Every vehicle begins its journey with the arrival of the base chassis – such as the Iveco Daily or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Upon arrival, the chassis is carefully prepared for the next stage of production: the installation of the supporting structure.
2. Steel Frame Structure
A galvanized steel profile structure is mounted on the chassis, designed according to CoC and homologation requirements. This advanced framework provides outstanding strength, resistance to corrosion, and long-lasting performance. It also absorbs vibrations effectively, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride.

3. Body Assembly
After the frame installation, the profiles are coated with an anti-corrosion protection layer. Then, we mount the body elements:
- A high-quality polyester roof
- Side walls made from a single sheet of steel, guaranteeing structural integrity, resistance to high temperatures, and no deformation under sunlight.
4. Exterior Components
The luggage compartment doors are made of stainless steel, ensuring longevity and strength. The rear body section, featuring our unique design, is crafted from premium polyester and seamlessly integrated into the vehicle’s structure. All components are bonded with high-performance adhesives capable of withstanding extreme conditions.

5. Painting and Finishing
Once the Quality Control Department confirms that all parts are perfectly aligned and fitted, the vehicle moves to the paint shop.
We apply a primer coat supplied by one of Europe’s leading manufacturers, the same trusted by brands such as MAN and SETRA. After that, a transparent protective layer is added, followed by the final color coating.
Our paint booths are kept in perfect condition – ventilated and filtered to ensure a dust-free environment. High temperatures guarantee optimal paint curing. The painted bus then undergoes another quality inspection.
6. Upholstery and Interior Assembly
The final stage takes place in our upholstery and assembly department, where we design and install the interior. Using advanced technologies and premium materials, we create comfortable, ergonomic, and stylish passenger spaces.
Our minibuses stand out on European roads with their unique design, high-quality craftsmanship, and the largest luggage space in their class.

Excellence Built by Experience
Each stage of our production reflects our passion, precision, and dedication to excellence. For over three decades, we have been creating minibuses that meet the highest European standards – combining innovation, comfort, and durability to deliver vehicles you can rely on for years to come.
