The year 2020 is coming to an end, and we would like to take the opportunity to summarize the most important events of the ending period and present plans for the upcoming 2021.

Undoubtedly, the year 2020 provided the whole world many unexpected twists, changes, and destabilized the world economy. Many of us struggled with the question of what will happen next ,when finally everything returns to normal. Also, Auto-Cuby launched a number of changes and solutions thanks to which we optimized a lot of processes – so that the production of the bus, distribution and order was as fast and problem-free as possible for the customer. Already today, we look at the events of 2020 with respect, full of optimism for the coming 2021, drawing the necessary lessons from past experiences.

Taking advantage of the opportunities, let’s enter 2020 together again and check the most important events that took place:

January: travel to Chicago and research into the new US market. We analyzed the market demand and possible distribution.

February: trip to Las Vegas for the bus show. It was a continuation of a project in which we searched for distribution channels, valued projects and adjusted our offers.

March: first information regarding the arrival of the coronavirus in Europe. The government’s decision to close factories- lockdown. Board meetings and decisions for the coming crisis.

April: the government announced programs for companies affected by the pandemic. Adapting activities to the new sanitary regime.

May: Introducing solutions for transport companies affected by government restrictions: we introduced an innovative product that separates passengers with plexi glass, introducing air filters. We deliver more vehicles to customers, fulfill orders.

June: Government restrictions are milder, thanks to which we partially operate and fulfill contracts, including new contracts concluded in 2020 with transport companies.

July: Launch of the new facelift for Cuby Iveco

August: Trips to Italy and Spain for business purposes, discussion with carriers in difficult times, adapting solutions, support for customers who find themselves in a difficult situation.

September: office modernization,

October: Despite the pandemic, we take part in the fairs in Rimini, Italy, which are of great interest. The fairs in Spain and France are canceled.

November: successive tests of 100% electric vehicles with a range of 300 km.

December: Delivery of the vehicle to two new markets: Japan and Dubai.

We are present on European markets and the range of Auto-Cuby reaches the Japanese market – 2 units, the Arab Emirates – 1 unit. For the upcoming 2021, we plan to expand our operations and further potential markets. We believe in ecological activities – by introducing vehicles with 100% electric drives to our offer – we expect to deliver the first vehicles in 2021.
